Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you have received it i.e., unworn, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Also, we would need videos of product received and unboxing of product.

To start a return, you can place a return request through Orders, Return Request page. Once The Return Request is placed we will notify you the process further. Please note that the return will only be picked up by our agent after it is confirmed from our end.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a notification , as well as instructions on how and when package will be picked up. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. We request you make a video while unboxing the package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you have received the wrong product. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Products that are damaged or mishandled by the consumer or products that are not in the same condition as received will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the returned product, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive the refund money within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
