We try to deliver each product in best possible way. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.

Note

For all kinds of products to be returned repackaging of product as delivered with all extras is mandate.

We request you to rewrap the product properly while returning to avoid any kind of breakage in transit.

Overview

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from us. We do have a return policy of 7 days from delivery of product. We would consider the following points before accepting the product back:

1)Used Product

A product cannot be returned once it has been used or has been damaged during the installation process. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and unused. While returning the product all the documents like price tags, the original packing, the labels, and the invoice are mandatory.

 

2)Suspected Damage or Damage

At the time of delivery, you may find the outer packaging to be damaged sometimes. However, in most cases, the actual product will be fine. If the outer packaging is not damaged and you feel the product in the box could be damaged, shoot a video and click photographs while unboxing the package. Please place a return request with the documents and we will reach out to you.

3)Important Points to Note

At the time of delivery, we request you to check the product thoroughly and take some images of the outer packaging with the package label and also make a video of unboxing the package and checking the product. Start the video from the package label and after checking the product, end the video on the package label. Video and photos of unboxing the product and package are required for replacement of the product in case you get a damaged product.

Contact us with the above-mentioned details ASAP or within 24 hours of delivery.

Defective Product

In case, you get a defective or damaged product from our side, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We will return or replace it and bear the shipping cost.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse.


Note: Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Please allow us 48 hours to review your request.

Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick up the order from your doorstep.

It is advised that the return packets should be strong and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to products during transit.

Once eligibility is verified, our delivery executive will pick up the order.


Replacement of the product would be subject to the availability of that product.
